As part of our ongoing expansion programme we have created the following vacancy for immediate employment:
Job responsibilities:
- Identifying and maximising all new and existing sales opportunities;
- Assisting with quotations, bookings and to follow up general enquiries;
- To manage and maintain the company’s website and Facebook page;
- To coordinate with the operations department for bookings.
The ideal candidate would be:
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian and/or Maltese;
- Customer and sales oriented, confident and a good communicator;
- IT literate and possible with knowledge of Shireburn freight software;
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines;
- Following up on customers on a regular basis;
- Possess a driver’s category B license will be considered an Asset.
Candidates with previous experience in the Shipping/Logistics field will be preferred.
